Pre-order
What is a pre-order?
It means you're buying a product before it's manufactured, at a special discounted price.
Products will be shipped on 8th September.
We’ll only be producing a limited number of units, so the best way to secure your preferred model and size is to order now during the pre-order period.
Size
How do the products fit?
Our barefoot shoes fit true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for greater comfort and toe freedom.
All our products share the same sole and last, so they all fit the same.
You may notice slight differences in feel depending on whether the materials are thicker or thinner, or whether the outer fabric is more or less flexible, but the dimensions remain exactly the same.

What are the shipping costs and zones?
- Free on orders over 150€: Spain (Peninsula)
-7€ : Spain (Also Islas Canarias, Islas Baleares, Ceuta y Melilla)
- 15€: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, France, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Greece
- 22€: Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Ireland

Shipping costs include transportation, insurance and customs clearance at origin. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties at destination and other taxes (tariffs) are not included; It will be the recipient who will have to pay them in cash to receive the merchandise.
The recipient will be responsible for all import costs and taxes generated at the customs office of destination, whether or not the goods are delivered.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
If you placed an order within the EU, you will not have to pay custom fees to receive your order. If you placed an order from outside the EU, it is possible that you need to pay custom fees. This depends on the customs laws in your country.
*From 1/1/2021 due to BREXIT, UK might probably have to pay customs for orders over 135£.
Errors in addresses
The client is responsible for the veracity of the address information provided. In the event that there is an error in the address —in whole or partially— and a second shipment is required, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost that a second delivery may incur.

Why do shipping and returns have a cost?

By not including these costs in the product price, we avoid unnecessary markups and always offer you the best possible price.
Care
How can I clean my Beflamboyant?
1. Remove coarse dirt (with a brush or dry cloth)
2. FOOTWEAR CLEANER (80 ml)
– Apply a generous amount of cleaner to the area or material to be cleaned.
– Gently brush the material with the cleaning brush if there is heavy dirt, or use a cloth or sponge for lighter dirt.
– If necessary, repeat the steps until the material is completely clean.
3. FOOTWEAR PROTECTOR (80 ml)
– With clean, dry shoes, spray generously from a distance of 15–20 cm and allow to air dry.
– For suede materials, brush in a single direction for a uniform finish.
