On each product page of our e-shop, you will find a link called ‘SIZE GUIDE’. Click on that link to reveal a size guide and determine your recommended size.

Remember that each collection has different measures! Be sure to follow the size recommendations on the product page you want.

    Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
    If you placed an order within the EU, you will not have to pay custom fees to receive your order. If you placed an order from outside the EU, it is possible that you need to pay custom fees. This depends on the customs laws in your country.

    *From 1/1/2021 due to BREXIT, UK might probably have to pay customs for orders over 135£.

    Errors in addresses

    The client is responsible for the veracity of the address information provided. In the event that there is an error in the address —in whole or partially— and a second shipment is required, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost that a second delivery may incur.

    How long will the delivery take?

    Once your order has been processed and you have received your tracking number, your package should be delivered within 3-4 days to EU countries and 3-5 working days to the rest of the world. **Please allow a longer transit time during COVID-19 period**

    Which courier do you work with?

    We work with UPS, one of the best courier companies in the world.

     

    What if my products are damaged?

    BEFLAMBOYANT guarantees that all products we manufacture and sell on our website are free from defects of workmanship. If one of our products is not in perfect conditions, please contact our support team send an email to solutions@beflamboyant.com

     

    MY ORDER

     

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    Please contact our Customer Care team at solutions@beflamboyant.com immediately in case you need to modify your order so we can check the status of your order and modify it if possible. Unfortunately, once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

    I have not received an order confirmation.

    It can take some time to receive the confirmation email after you place your order —check your spam inbox just in case it went there! You will also receive the order confirmation in a text message on the mobile phone that you provided when ordering. If the payment has been processed but you still haven’t received a confirmation after some hours, please get in touch with our Customer Care at solutions@beflamboyant.com

    When will I receive my tracking number?

    Every time a package is sent, the courier service notifies the shipping state by email.

    Use this information to track and manage your package until its delivery.

    Check your spam inbox too.

    I wasn't home during delivery attempt.

    If you were not home during the delivery attempt, UPS should have sent you a notification email and should have left you a note in your mailbox including information about the nearest UPS Access Point, where you will be able to collect your package.

    Packages not collected

    If you do not pick up your package in any UPS delivery attempt, nor do you pick it up from the UPS Service point and your package comes back to our warehouse, you will have to bear the costs incurred. If you still want the product, you will have to pay for the new shipment to you and if you decide to renounce it, the expenses incurred will be deducted from your refund.

    I have ordered several items and one is in pre order. When will I receive it?

    In the event that the order contains more than one product and one of them is in pre-order, the products will be shipped together when the item is back in stock.

    How Will BREXIT affect my order?

    The exit of United Kingdom of the European Union means that products shipped to this country are considered as export goods and they will have to go through customs clearance.

    This implementation is causing delays on delivery times, due to high volume.

    Our sneakers are made in Spain, inside European Union, so they are exempt to pay extra duties.

    We make everything we can to avoid that you will have to pay additional costs. However, if that happens, they are out of our control and we do not have the possibility of covering them.

     

    EXCHANGES & RETURNS

     

    Can I exchange the products?

    Yes, once you have received the order, you have up to 15 days to request an exchange of your BEFLAMBOYANT vegan shoes since you receive them, contact with solutions@beflamboyant.com.

    For free Shipping zone and Spain

    Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive a free shipping label, you have 7 calendar days since we send you by email the label to ship back the package to our warehouse, in case this deadline is met the customer will have voluntarily withdrawn from making any changes or returns. Beflamboyant reserves the right to reject the return and consider that the customer has decided to keep the product.

    Bare in mind that exchanges are subject to stock availability when they arrive at our warehouse. If we do not have your size in stock, we will propose a change for another model. Products must be in perfect conditions, not used, clean, with the original packaging.

    Rest of Europe Shipping zone

    Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive a free shipping label, you have 7 calendar days since we send you by email the label to ship back the package to our warehouse, in case this deadline is met the customer will have voluntarily withdrawn from making any changes or returns. Beflamboyant reserves the right to reject the return and consider that the customer has decided to keep the product.

    Bare in mind that exchanges are subject to stock availability when they arrive at our warehouse. If we do not have your size in stock, we will propose a change for another model. Products must be in perfect conditions, not used, clean, with the original packaging.

    The costs of second shipping back the package, are assumed by the customer, the value is the same as the first shipment for this shipping zone.

    Rest of the world shipping zone

    Once your exchange request is approved, you have 15 calendar days to ship back the package to our warehouse:

    The costs of shipping back the package, customs, duties and taxes are assumed by the customer.

    Beflamboyant Brand SL will not take charge of any custom taxes related to your exchange.

    Can I return the products?

    Yes, once you have received the order, you have up to 15 days to request an return of your BEFLAMBOYANT vegan shoes since you receive them, contact with solutions@beflamboyant.com.  

    For Spain Shipping zone

    Once you return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label that will be deducted from the refunded amount, the cost that will be deducted from this prepaid label for this shipping zone is € 7.

    You have 7 calendar days since we send you by email the label to ship back the package to our warehouse, in case this deadline is met the customer will have voluntarily withdrawn from making any changes or returns. Beflamboyant reserves the right to reject the return and consider that the customer has decided to keep the product.

    Products must be in perfect conditions, not used, clean, with the original packaging.

    The costs of shipping back the package, customs, duties and taxes are assumed by the customer of all shipping zones.

    For free Shipping zone

    When will I receive my refund?

    We will refund your return within 14 days after receiving your package. Once our staff has inspected the product, we will refund the amount to the same payment method you used to place your order.

     

    OTHER FACTS

     

    Product Re-Stock

    The products that appear on our website are those that are available for sale. You can select "notify me when it is available" on the page and the size of the product you want so that we can send you a notice when it is available again.

    How can I clean my Beflamboyant?

    • We recommend cleaning your Beflamboyant with our crepes, you can add them to your order during the purchase process and later you can washing your sneakers with a damp cloth and Marseille soap.
    • Don't wash them in the washing machine or use the dryer.
    • Don’t use bleach
    • You should not put them in the washing machine, they are produced to avoid this type of washing since Beflamboyant wants to avoid water contamination with microplastics that end up eating aquatic animals.
    • We are not responsible for damage caused by the washer or dryer.

    How can I ask for an invoice?
