Size
On each product page of our e-shop, you will find a link called ‘SIZE GUIDE’. Click on that link to reveal a size guide and determine your recommended size.
Remember that each collection has different measures! Be sure to follow the size recommendations on the product page you want.
Shipping
FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Shipping costs include transportation, insurance and customs clearance at origin. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties at destination and other taxes (tariffs) are not included; It will be the recipient who will have to pay them in cash to receive the merchandise.
The recipient will be responsible for all import costs and taxes generated at the customs office of destination, whether or not the goods are delivered.
If you placed an order within the EU, you will not have to pay custom fees to receive your order. If you placed an order from outside the EU, it is possible that you need to pay custom fees. This depends on the customs laws in your country.
*From 1/1/2021 due to BREXIT, UK might probably have to pay customs for orders over 135£.
The client is responsible for the veracity of the address information provided. In the event that there is an error in the address —in whole or partially— and a second shipment is required, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost that a second delivery may incur.
Once your order has been processed and you have received your tracking number, your package should be delivered within 3-4 days to EU countries and 3-5 working days to the rest of the world. **Please allow a longer transit time during COVID-19 period**
We work with UPS, one of the best courier companies in the world.
BEFLAMBOYANT guarantees that all products we manufacture and sell on our website are free from defects of workmanship. If one of our products is not in perfect conditions, please contact our support team send an email to solutions@beflamboyant.com
MY ORDER
Please contact our Customer Care team at solutions@beflamboyant.com immediately in case you need to modify your order so we can check the status of your order and modify it if possible. Unfortunately, once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
If our package has left the warehouse and you decide to cancel it before receiving it, Beflamboyant will refund the total amount less that corresponding to the two shipments derived from your canceled order before receiving it.
It can take some time to receive the confirmation email after you place your order —check your spam inbox just in case it went there! You will also receive the order confirmation in a text message on the mobile phone that you provided when ordering. If the payment has been processed but you still haven’t received a confirmation after some hours, please get in touch with our Customer Care at solutions@beflamboyant.com
Every time a package is sent, the courier service notifies the shipping state by email.
Use this information to track and manage your package until its delivery.
Check your spam inbox too.
If you were not home during the delivery attempt, UPS should have sent you a notification email and should have left you a note in your mailbox including information about the nearest UPS Access Point, where you will be able to collect your package.
If you do not pick up your package in any UPS delivery attempt, nor do you pick it up from the UPS Service point and your package comes back to our warehouse, you will have to bear the costs incurred. If you still want the product, you will have to pay for the new shipment to you and if you decide to renounce it, the expenses incurred will be deducted from your refund.
In the event that the order contains more than one product and one of them is in pre-order, the products will be shipped together when the item is back in stock.
The exit of United Kingdom of the European Union means that products shipped to this country are considered as export goods and they will have to go through customs clearance.
This implementation is causing delays on delivery times, due to high volume.
Our sneakers are made in Spain, inside European Union, so they are exempt to pay extra duties.
We make everything we can to avoid that you will have to pay additional costs. However, if that happens, they are out of our control and we do not have the possibility of covering them.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
There is a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to
make the exchange request to our customer service department. After which you have 7 calendar days to send the order back.
A shipping label will be provided for the first exchange of shoes by
size or model.
Only exchanges that have been communicated to our Customer Service Department will be accepted.
The products must be in perfect condition, unused, with the labels and in their original packaging (the jute bag is part of the packaging). If these requirements are not met, we will not be able to proceed with the refund. The logistics costs for the return will be borne by the customer.
Exchanges will only be accepted for products purchased on www.beflamboyant.com

If there is no stock of the model requested by the customer, different
alternatives will be offered, in case these alternatives are not accepted, shop credit will be offered.
If after providing a free shipping label for the exchange the customer
opts for a return, the amount of the return label will be subtracted from the refund for the purchase.
If an exchange has been requested, the exchange will be made within 14
days of receipt and processing by Beflamboyant of the returned item.
For orders placed with discounts of more than 10% discount for
Newsletter subscription, size exchanges will not be free of charge and you will be required to pay for the size exchange.
The cost of size exchange is:
- Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg,
Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia,
Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Lietchectein, Monaco,
Montenegro, Romania, San Marino, Serbia FREE.
- Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Sweden €8
- Rest of the countries, the customer will be responsible for returning
the package without customs or additional costs to Beflamboyant's facilities
and paying for the new shipment to your address, it is necessary to have
previously requested the return request within the deadlines above. Once your return request is approved, you have 7 calendar days to send the package to
our warehouse. If you do not do so within this period, Beflamboyant reserves the right to refuse the return and consider that the customer has decided to keep the product:

You have up to 30 days to request an exchange or return since you receive them, contact with solutions@beflamboyant.com.
Only unused products can be returned.
Exchanges:
- €4,95: Spain
- €9,95: Europe
- €14,95: Denmark, Finland, Greece, Sweden
Refund: The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
If you hesitate between two consecutive sizes and you are in a country of the European Union, it is best to buy both sizes and return one, the cost of the returned size will be free, this will save time and CO2 emissions in transport for changes of sizes.
If it is finally decided to return both sizes, Beflamboyant's normal return and exchange policy is maintained.

We will refund your return within 14 days after receiving your package. Once our staff has inspected the product, we will refund the amount to the same payment method you used to place your order.
OTHER FACTS
The products that appear on our website are those that are available for sale. You can select "notify me when it is available" on the page and the size of the product you want so that we can send you a notice when it is available again.
We recommend cleaning your Beflamboyant with our crepes, you can add them to your order during the purchase process and later you can washing your sneakers with a damp cloth and Marseille soap.Don't wash them in the washing machine or use the dryer.Don’t use bleachYou should not put them in the washing machine, they are produced to avoid this type of washing since Beflamboyant wants to avoid water contamination with microplastics that end up eating aquatic animals.We are not responsible for damage caused by the washer or dryer.
