Why do shipping and returns have a cost?

We want to be completely transparent with you. At Beflamboyant, we believe in a sustainable and fair business model for everyone. That’s why we charge for shipping to guarantee a high-quality service and continue supporting responsible and ethical production.

By not including these costs in the product price, we avoid unnecessary markups and always offer you the best possible price.

Shipping

What are the shipping costs and zones?

- 5€ : Spain (Peninsula)

- 7€ : Spain (Islas Canarias, Islas Baleares, Ceuta y Melilla)

- 15€: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, France, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Greece

- 22€: Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Ireland

Shipping costs include transportation, insurance and customs clearance at origin. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties at destination and other taxes (tariffs) are not included; It will be the recipient who will have to pay them in cash to receive the merchandise.

The recipient will be responsible for all import costs and taxes generated at the customs office of destination, whether or not the goods are delivered.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

If you placed an order within the EU (including Islas Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla), you will not have to pay custom fees to receive your order. If you placed an order from outside the EU, it is possible that you need to pay custom fees. This depends on the customs laws in your country.

*From 1/1/2021 due to BREXIT, UK might probably have to pay customs for orders over 135£.
